Gaylene Patko spent over 25 years in residential construction. Her backgrounds include Carpentry, New Home Warranty Manager, Site Manager building over 500 homes with the last two years building condominiums. Moving on as a Building Inspector and furthering education in commercial construction, she earned Certified Master Inspector and Certified Construction Technologist designations. As a Board member with an association regulating the Home Inspection Industry, she realized a passion for Consumer Protection & Awareness. During her inspection years she conducted physical inspections and document reviews for condo buyers. Retired from inspecting lead her to doing Reserve Fund Studies. She found her niche and preference in performing Condominium Document Reviews.

Leslie Sorvisto brings to our team a variety of business backgrounds including Condominium Administration, Market Analysis, Project Management, Communications, Human Resources, Training and Development, and working with Boards and teams to create healthy communities. Leslie has worked with many new condo owners, understands what is important to them, and is committed to providing our clients a report with information essential in making an informed decision about their condominium purchase.

Leanna Vinogradov brings diverse personal and professional experience that strengthens the team. Her background as a Logistics Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, Operations Manager, President & Vice-President roles on a self-managed Condominium Board of Directors, and 17 years as a condominium owner and investor enable her to provide detailed, insightful analysis to help prospective buyers understand the state of the Condominium Corporation.
