Shami Sandhu, Broker

As a Non-Competing Broker Shami is available to support you - when you need it! Shami has been a licensed REALTOR in Edmonton since 2003, starting out his career selling residential and some commercial properties, and built a team as his business grew. Since 2008, Shami's commitment to this office resulted in his 2011 Broker of the Year Award from RE/MAX International and our office ranking as Top 100 Mega-Brokerages with RE/MAX in North America!

Responsible for assisting you in your day-to-day business needs. Please see Shami for any questions you may have regarding your business development or any regulatory or business practice needs.

Fun fact: Is a licensed pilot and loves to travel!

 

 

Kimberly Graham, Associate Development Coach / South Branch Manager

Kimberly joined us in 2014 when she moved from Winnipeg with her husband. During her eight years at RE/MAX in Winnipeg, she helped develop many new Associates through their mentoring program. Since joining RE/MAX River City, she has been a very active part of the office including training sessions and the social committee. Her industry knowledge, energy, and passion for real estate are contagious and power her supporting the growth of Associates at RE/MAX River City.

She manages the operations of the South office location, being onsite for REALTOR questions, concerns, training and office needs on site. 

Fun fact: She comes from a family of anglers and hunters, and shot archery, sometimes competitively while growing up. 

 

John Carter, Administration Manager, CFO 

John is responsible for support team supervision and thus all facets of Office Administration including transaction conveyancing and accounts. He is onsite Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm to promptly deal with any issues with your closings as well as any questions you may have regarding Associate financials. Our goal is to resolve any issues in your business quickly and easily for you so you can sell more real estate. 

Fun fact: Lived on a 45 foot powerboat yacht for three years as a child in Victoria, BC.

 

 

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TEAM

Reception

This is typically the first impression and interaction with the office. As the smiling, welcoming face to greet you and your clients, we ensure friendly, accurate and efficient communications and tasking. Answering all phone calls and relaying detailed messages to all REALTORS, timely forwarding all faxes, emails or packages.  Reception staff handle the processing of listings for all REALTORS and their clients as well as other administrative needs. 

Staff are on site at the Saskatchewan Drive location and available until 9pm Monday through Friday, Saturday 10am-4pm and Sunday 11am-4pm. This facilitates you and your clients being able to pick-up or drop-off deposit cheques, keys, offer paperwork or other important items. Calls are managed by a member of the office rather than an after-hours paging service, to provide highest and best level of service and knowledge.

 

 

Ashley Urban, Reception (Old Strathcona)

Fun fact: Known as "Super Auntie" to Ethan & Jaya. Has a love for photography and creating memories with her family and friends. 

  

Braelyn Bogdanov, Reception (South Edmonton)

Fun fact: Owns an F5 Savannah cat named Khaleesi.

 

Steph Hembrow, Reception (Beaumont)

Fun fact: She loves dogs and is working towards completing her business admin certificate. She's also both left handed and has green eyes, both of which are less than 15% of the population, so in combination she's a pure gem!

Conveyancing Department

Manages the accurate and timely processing of all your real estate trades, ensuring exact commissions, and serving as a double check on all paperwork to protect both you and your clients. Communicating with all lawyers with instructions for payment and processing of all trades.

 

Anna Arsenault, Senior Conveyancer 

Fun fact: Is the Mom of two 3rd Degree Black belt Taekwondo Ninjas.

  

Brandi Cadieux, Conveyancer

Fun fact: Is the former team manager & board member of the Millwoods Grizzlies football club, which her son plays on.

 

Finance Department

Emily Stamm, Finance

Ensures accurate and timely processing of payment of commissions to all REALTORS and outside Brokerages on a daily basis. Conducts the input of individual expense charges for your monthly expense statement as well as other accounting functions. 

Fun fact:  Cat mom to 4 Himalayan ragdoll kitties. Loves: animals, videogames, and travel. Hates: lavender, pumpkin, and soup.
