Nur has a Master of Science degree from the University of Regina and Project Management education from the Business Administration University of Regina, Saskatchewan. He is a certified PMP from the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA and a licensed Realtor in the province of Alberta.

Prior to Real Estate, Nur draws from about 18 years of independent consulting and management experience with numerous clients including Government of Alberta, Telus, CGI and IBM in applying technology solutions to the enterprise corporate business problems in Edmonton.

His client focused background is one key reason why Nur effortlessly transitioned in the real estate domain and submerged himself into an extensive research of the real-estate industry. His acute client management acumen and can-do attitude was on a clear path to propel him to success. He takes the time to educate his clients throughout the real estate process as well as streamlining a team of professionals such as appraisers, bankers, lawyers, accountants, and investment advisors to ensure his clients' short and long-term needs are fully met.

Nur personally is an avid investor for more than a decade in real estate and is a strong believer in its investment potential, he is always considering the possibility of joint ventures on win-win basis.
