Dorothy Cornel, a proud Filipina, was recently awarded as RE/MAX’s Rookie of the Year for her hard work and dedication in helping clients find their dream home. Dorothy started in the Real Estate industry in 2016, bringing with her several years-worth of experience in rental property management and finance.

A PROUD FILIPINA
For Dorothy, her family is everything. She enjoys singing karaoke (a popular trait among Filipinos). She loves cooking and when time permits, teaching her kids how to cook certain dishes. Aside from fun baking lessons, Dorothy also enjoys watching movies with her kids.
Dorothy came from the Philippines, an archipelago of beautiful islands in South-East Asia. She speaks Bisaya, her local dialect. She’s also fluent in Hiligaynon (another dialect) and Tagalog, the country’s national language.
Dorothy enjoys listening to motivational speakers and certain preachers that she likes. She took a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Community Development from the University of the Philippines.
Last 2017, Dorothy received RE/MAX River City’s Rookie of the Year award.
Dorothy specializes in residential properties located in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
