Marianne never sees herself as a salesperson. She is a teacher or a problem solver who spends a lot of time asking the right questions to her clients so she can better serve their needs. Most of her colleagues describe her as helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable.
Before Real Estate, Marianne’s first love was teaching. She primarily taught Junior High Art, Health, Social Studies and Home Economics (now Food Studies and Fashion) with a few wonderful years teaching Kindergarten, Grades 1 & 2. Before her teaching career, Marianne also worked in retail.
In her spare time, Marianne enjoys gardening, sewing (mostly wedding, grad ensembles, and baby items), and spending quality time with her elderly mom, kids, grandkids, and friends. Marianne also loves reading and still likes daily newspapers ,magazines along with Pinterest and Facebook.
Marianne Horvat has a Bachelor’s degree in Education with additional certificates in Early Childhood. She loves learning and takes every course she can in Real Estate to keep current. She definitely has a solid education in LIFE.
Although she works in a very large area, Marianne focuses on Leduc (she lives here) and South Edmonton. She works mostly on residential and rural properties. Marianne grew up in a construction family and has a firm background in construction, farms and acreages.
