John's role as Broker is a continuation of his involvement as an owner of the brokerage since 2008, and previously as Administration Manager from Oct 2014 to May 2017. Having started his career as a real estate investor while in university, he bought his first apartment building in the last year of his Bachelor of Management degree. Being a selling REALTOR® since 2002, John has grown and managed a team of up to 7, selling residential, condos and commercial investment properties. Including working for a commercial investment brokerage in Toronto, ON. from 2011 to 2014 brought a national perspective on the Canadian real estate market, coupled with the exposure to local Edmonton trends in the real estate market with the over 2500 transactions per year our brokerage represents clients on.
Fun fact: Lived on a 45 foot powerboat yacht for three years as a child in Victoria, BC and still loves sailing or anything on the water.
