Jessica Gurney has been around real estate her whole life. She and her mother have built and flipped homes. They also managed many rental properties, including her own.  Jessica is a new REALTOR® but her experience throughout these years has made her a valuable asset in the industry.

Jessica loves working with clients who want to achieve financial freedom by investing in real estate. She’s also excited to help new home buyers make the first most significant purchase of their life. On top of helping them find their dream home, Jessica also educates her clients on income properties and real estate investment. This is especially true for first time home buyers who may never have the opportunity to learn.

Jessica also runs her own business as a Wardrobe Consultant, Stylist, and Personal Shopper where she learned how to read people, establish their style, wants, and needs and then ultimately deliver results that exceeded their expectations --- pretty much like real estate.


Outside work, Jessica loves skating, skiing, snowboarding, swimming, dancing, gymnastics, singing, playing instruments, and cooking. A bilingual (Polish) with an eye for interior design, Jessica loves traveling and has been to 25 countries, so far. She also enjoys spending her spare time with her two dogs, Valentino and Amik.


Jessica reads Success Magazine, Business in Edmonton Magazine (where her styling business got featured), and the Avenue Magazine. She also took some classes in interior design at the University of Alberta.
