 After 15 years in the hospitality industry, playing all roles including manager and owner, his skills and discipline led him to a career as a Realtor, and in some ways, where he always knew he would be.

 His focus on the client experience and customer service has driven results. Passion and ability to lead a team and provide innovative marketing on social media has made the DaveSells team what it is today.

 It’s important to Dave that his clients enjoy the home buying/selling process. Staying market savvy, and up-to-date with trends and analytics are only some of the ways he helps his clients make the right move. During negotiation, Dave is a strong guide, allowing his clients to feel confident staying calm and positive through the process.

 Valuing integrity and kindness, it’s not surprising, most of his real estate business has come through repeat clients and referrals. Within the first few years of his real estate career, Dave was the recipient of many awards, including RE/MAX “Hall of Fame”, “Rookie of the Year”, and “Rising Star” awards, as well as Life Time Achievement.
