 The spectrum of her talents includes design and staging to make a home unforgettable and analyzing numbers to help her clients make strategic investment decisions.

 She completed a design and marketing program in Toronto, and entered the hospitality industry after returning to Edmonton. While in hospitality, she also pursued her BComm with an accounting major. Her fashion and design skills combined with her accounting and analyst training gives her an intuitive eye for real estate investment.

 Anticipating what cannot be foreseen is part of the real estate world, and Maria navigates unexpected twists and turns with dexterity. As a marathon and ultra-runner, she knows about pushing across finish lines, and that focus and discipline gives her the stamina to go the distance so her clients have a stress-free experience.

 She leverages every available outlet and opportunity, including social media channels, professional photos, drone footage, and branding to garner visibility for a client’s home. 

Maria is a natural observer and knows what questions need asking. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers, as she puts people at ease when it comes to making real estate dreams a reality.
